"We started our business in 2020. God had called up a gift in me that I had no idea was in me around 2016 inspired by a gift of watercolor pencils from one of my K students. Then my niece invited me to a' Sip and Paint' evening where I was introduced to acrylics. I began to experiment and found it to be healing therapy to my mind and heart that had suffered a lot of trauma. However I did not paint regularly till 2019 after my son passed suddenly while traveling abroad with me in 2018. In 2019 I went to mostly watercolour and found I really loved the flow and softness of the colors and textures. I had no training. Just me and Jesus working together in creating beauty where I felt pain. Nature is my main inspiration."
