"Authentic Thai food with a few Chinese dishes. Our menu items include: Egg Rolls, Crab Rangoon, Gyoza, Pad Thai, Drunken Noodles, Green Curry, Red Curry, General Tso, Sesame Chicken, Basil Stir Fry, Thai Sizzling Combo, White Rice, Thai Tea, Pop and Water. We have a few gluten-free options which include a gluten-free Pad Thai, and both our Green and Red Curries are gluten-free. About us, we are a husband and wife, Beau and Stephanie, who are brand new to the food truck world, just starting out this year, and we are enjoying the ride so far! Beau is from Thailand originally, born with a natural ability for cooking and Stephanie, born and raised in Ohio but lived in Thailand for a short while, was not graced with the same talent so she handles the business side of things :) "
