" Having people enjoy great food is something I enjoy & one of my goals is to have flavor in every bite. I enjoy cooking & remember being in the kitchen as young as 8 years old. For inspiration on new dishes & cooking techniques I enjoy watching a couple Chefs & their cooking shows. This Spring I bought the Rosemary’s food truck & will continue serving the Chipotle bowls, using my recipes. Tacos with fresh tortilla shells have been added to the menu. I plan to add a salad & a sandwich option on our menu too.

The goal for any food served from my food truck is, “homemade.delicious.fresh.food”
